Good news for developers in Qatar, Kazakhstan and Nigeria; they are now
able to sell their paid apps in Google Play. In addition to this,
developers can also display their list of apps using the local currency
of their nation.
The Google Play Developer console indicates that that
the app developers from Qatar, Kazakhstan and Nigeria can set their own
price for the apps as well as make in-app purchases possible too.
In order to list the paid apps, the developers from the above mentioned
regions needs to register in the portal as merchants so as to accept
payments. Once the developers are registered, they will be able to list
the applications and set the price within a specified range.
