UNIJOS: 97 Graduates Inducted As Computer Professionals Of Nigeria

97 (Ninety-seven) graduates of the department of Computer Science at the University of Jos were inducted as computer professionals of the Federal Republic of Nigeria in a combined induction ceremony for both the 2012/13 and 2014/14 academic sessions.

The ceremony which took place at the University Auditorium (UA), Bauchi Road Campus,  had several principal officers, Dean, Heads of Department and lecturers of the institution in attendance.

In his opening remarks, the Vice-Chancellor of the institution Prof. Hayward Babale Mafuyai who was represented by the Deputy Vice Chancellor (Administration), Prof. (Mrs) Teresa Nmadu, charged the inductees to be true to themselves and their profession and ensure to always present themselves as good ambassadors of the institution.

Scholarships were presented to the best graduating students of each academic session.
